The principal goal of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart - House of Prayer - is to affirm priests and religious in their vocations as well as to foster and nurture vocations. It is to learn to live fully our Christian vocation in the School of Our Lady of Medjugorje by responding to her call to conversion and holiness. By living her messages of prayer of the Rosary and reading and living the Bible every day, by fasting, confession and living the Holy Mass, we learn to offer our fiat as joyful carriers of God’s Word and love. Through the example of a life totally consecrated to God, through her, in any state of life, we learn to collaborate in God’s work of salvation. The House of Prayer Offers: · Prayer Encounters to individuals and groups that are either organized by the House of Prayer or by priests bringing their own groups. · A possibility for seminarians, novices and those with a religious vocation, to spend a period of time working and praying in pre-formation. · Sponsorship Program for those who are not able to make a contribution for the running expenses. · Prayer Network especially for priests, religious and those working in and for the Church. · An opportunity to participate in the building and future development of The House of Prayer · School of Sacred Art |
